What do Elementary School Counselors Do?

School counselors have many roles/duties. They deliver classroom guidance to students, consult with parents and staff members, work with outside agencies, and conduct individual and group counseling.

Assistance Programs

We offer a variety of assistance opportunities to our families. We have a supply closet that includes school supplies, clothing, and toiletry items. Additionally, our school is partnered with various churches in our community to provide the Healthy Weekends food program, offering weekend food bags to supplement weekend meals.  If you ever find yourself in need of resources, please contact the counseling department! We are here to help!

If you'd like to set up an appointment with your child's counselor to discuss your student's needs  or would like to refer your student for brief short-term counseling services, please see our contact information below!
